TICKETS & CONFIRMATION - Immediately after successfully
check out, customer will receive an order confirmation and eTickets by email.
NONREFUNDABLE - Please check the selected schedule information
carefully before check out, ticket purchases are final and are not refundable
or changeable. Duplicate transactions are also not refundable because duplicate
transactions block other customers from purchasing tickets. There will be no
refund or reschedule for any unused or partly used services.
CONDITION OF USE - (1) The ticket is valid only for the date
and time stated on the ticket. (2) Customer have to bring a valid ID and a
printout of the eTickets (confirmation email) at boarding for ID Check. (3)
Ticket Holder name (s) on e-ticket have to match passenger's (or one of the
passengers') name. (4) Passenger must arrive 30 minutes prior departure time,
otherwise the seat might be sold to others.
SCHEDULES - Every effort will be made to operate according
to published schedules. Circumstances sometimes develop beyond our control,
such as weather or traffic delays and accordingly bus companies cannot hold
itself responsible for errors in timetables, inconveniences or damage resulting
from delayed buses. Connections cannot be guaranteed and schedules are subject
to change.
REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED FOR BUS CANCELLATION.. Bus company reserves the right to cancel buses due to weather,
traffic or coach condition.REFUND WOULD BE GRANTED
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED on all buses.
CHILDREN - Children (3 to 9 years old) are not allow to ride in the lap of an adult. Infant (up to 2 years
old) will be transported free when not occupying a seat. PETs - pets
prohibited, except a trained "service animal" accompanying a legally
disable person. The owner of the service animal assumes all responsibility for
controlling the animal, and assumes any liability resulting from the conduct or
actions of the animal.
SERVICE PLAZA STOP: If A 15 MIN. STOP IS INCLUDED IN THE
SCHEDULE, PASSENGERS ARE STRICTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING TO THE COACH ON
TIME. If a passenger is abandoned as a courtesy to our clients, SUPERTOURS will
make every effort to find alternative transportation.
OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS - SUPERTOURS reserves the right to
refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicating
beverages or drugs or who is unable to take care of oneself or to any person
whose conduct is such, or likely to be such, as to make one objectionable to
other passengers.

Conditions of Transportation and
Services
Your
ticket and the following Conditions of Transportation constitute the contract
between you, the passenger, and Super Tours of Orlando, Inc. ("Super Tours") and apply to all
transportation provided by Super Tours.

Travel Documents & CONFIRMATION
Immediately after successfully completing your
purchase customer will receive an order confirmation and travel document (eTickets) by email.
Travel documents are valid only on the dates that are stated on
them.
NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE & NON-CHANGEABLE
All Transportation and Products purchased over the phone
or the Website are NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFORABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE. Please
verify all purchases before making final payment. If by error you make duplicate transactions
it will not be refunded. There will be
no refund or reschedule for any unused or partly used services.
RESPONSIBILITY
FOR SCHEDULES AND OPERATIONS
Super Tours will
endeavor to carry you and your baggage with reasonable dispatch, but times
shown in timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and form no part of this
contract. Super Tours may, without notice, substitute alternate transportation
carriers and, if necessary, may alter or omit stopping places shown on the
ticket. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Super Tours is not
responsible for or liable for failure to make connections or to operate any
vehicle according to schedule or for a change to the schedule of any vehicle.
Under no circumstances shall Super Tours be liable for any special, incidental
or consequential damages arising from the foregoing.
Super Tours may, in the
event of a force majeure, without notice, cancel, terminate, divert, postpone
or delay any transportation service or the right of transportation or
reservation of traffic accommodations without liability except to issue an
involuntary refund. The involuntary refund will be made in the original form of
payment in accordance with involuntary refund rules for any unused portion of
the ticket. Super Tours will also reserve the right to determine if any
departure or arrival should be made without any liability except the afore
mentioned involuntary refund.
Force
Majeure Event Means: Any condition
beyond Super Tours control including, but without limitation, meteorological
conditions, acts of God, riots, civil commotion, wars, hostilities,
disturbances or unsettled conditions - actual threatened or reported, or any
government regulation, or any fact not reasonably foreseen, anticipated or
predicted by Super Tours.
Check-In Times & Requirements
Customers
must comply with minimum check-in requirements to retain their seats on the
bus.
Customer
must present a valid government ID at check in.
Reservations and Seats
are subject to cancellation unless you have checked in (obtained a boarding
pass for departures from the Orlando Terminal) at least 30 minutes before
scheduled departure. Departures from
other locations you must be present at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled
departure time, to retain your reservation and a seat. Super Tours does not
guarantee to provide any particular seat on the bus.
Super
Tours may refuse to transport you, or may remove you from traveling vehicle at
any point, for one or several reasons, including but not limited to the
following: Action necessary or advisable
due to weather, or other conditions beyond Super Tours control. Refusal to
produce positive identification upon request: Your conduct is disorderly,
abusive or violent, or you, appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of
drugs, or attempt to interfere with driver or onboard attendant, or refuse to
obey instructions from the driver or onboard attendant, or have an offensive
odor not caused by a disability or illness, or are clothed in a manner that
would cause discomfort or offense to other passengers, or are barefoot, or
engage in any action, voluntary or involuntary, that might jeopardize the
safety of the vehicle or any of its occupants. If such occurs passenger would
not be entitled to refund.
Is
PROHIBITED in all vehicles owned and operated by Super Tours.

Traveling MINOR (under the age of 18)
Infants up to 2 years of
age travel free on the lap of thw paying adult, Children
over the age of 2 years must travel in a purchased seat. Children 8 through 11 years of age will be
accepted for transportation when accompanied by a passenger at least 16 years
of age. Unaccompanied children under 12 years of age will not be accepted under
any circumstances. Unaccompanied
children reservations must be confirmed to the destination. The child must be
accompanied by a parent or responsible adult until the child has boarded the
bus and has departed. The child must be met at the arrival destination by
another parent or responsible adult. No
unaccompanied minor are permitted on travel packages.
Missed Service while
in Transit
If A 15 MIN. STOP IS INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE,
PASSENGER IS STRICTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING TO THE COACH ON TIME. If a passenger did not return on
time and missed the continuation of the trip or if a passenger is on a package
and misses any schedule pick-up from the attraction or hotel, as a courtesy
SUPERTOURS will make every effort to find alternative transportation. Passengers are responsible for any additional
charges or fees incurred.
